Badge summary
The more time you spend on the Stable platform, the more experience you gain. As you build your knowledge, as well as your experience, as a Stable Sales Rep, we want to reward you for your time with the Brain Power Badge!
Badge Levels
Level 1: 500 hours worked on the platform.
Level 2: 1000 hours worked on the platform.
Level 3: 2000 hours worked on the platform.
Smooth Talker
Badge summary
Once you’ve reached a prospect, Stable also measures your conversion rate of conversation to meeting. If you convert every conversation to a meeting, you’re hitting a 100% conversion rate! There’s a badge for high conversion rates: you’re a smooth talker!
Badge Levels
Level 1: 50% of all conversations convert into meetings.
Level 2: 75% of all conversations convert into meetings.
Level 3: 95% of all conversations convert into meetings.
Hunter
Badge summary
Here’s where we get into the real money maker: the cost per meeting. When Stable measures the cost of the resource, or the time it takes to convert your conversation to a meeting, you can see how much time it takes for you to convert – yes, you got it – the lower the number, the better and there's a badge for that.
Badge Levels
Level 1: Top 3% lowest cost per meeting ranking.
Level 2: Top 2% lowest cost per meeting ranking.
Level 3: Top 1% lowest cost per meeting ranking.
Perfect Attendance
Badge summary
The more shifts you complete, the better your attendance. Stable uses this metric to measure an agent’s reliability. That’s easy, right?
Badge Levels
Level 1: 80% of all assigned shifts were completed.
Level 2: 85% of all assigned shifts were completed.
Level 3: 95% of all assigned shifts were completed.
Power Dialer
Badge summary
Stable also rewards you based on your calling metrics – specifically your meeting to dial ratio. Your successful conversion rate, from a dialed out attempt to a conversation with a prospect earns you a badge!
Badge Levels
Level 1: 2% of all dials convert into meetings.
Level 2: 4% of all dials convert into meetings.
Level 3: 6% of all dials convert into meetings.
